Daikoin

Daikoin is one of the holy place temples.
You can sometimes see Fuji mountain in winter.

Anrakuji

There is the octopus Buddha in Anrakuji. Because of this Buddha, Himaka is called an octopus island. The fisherman caught the big octopus. And the big octopus had the Buddha.

Himaka is famous for the beautiful beaches in the summer.There are two famous beaches in Himaka, the East beach and the west beach.The east beach is called sunrise beach . You can see the morning sun.The west beach is called sunset beach.  You can see the beautiful evening sun.Various events are held in summer.

We can take the shellfish soup at least three times from Himaka shellfish.The price of them is a little higher at the department store in Nagoya.  Please try gathering shellfish on spring vacation!

Himaka is the best point for fishing on the bank.   You can enjoy the big fishing around Himaka Island cause of the. Mikawa bay and the Ise Bayes tide.You can borrow the fishing rods near the boat stop.

You can enjoy catching the octopus only in Himaka. This is the exciting experience with octopus hands and soft touch. We are sure you will have a fun time. It takes about 30 ` 60 minutes at least 20 people.
